Warrier Foundation Skill Development Centre

Empowering the youth as a vital asset for nation-building involves equipping them with employability skills. This is being achieved through vocational training at our Skill Development Centre in Thirunavaya.

The Warrier Foundation is integrating higher education with vocational training on an ongoing basis.

We are following a multi-disciplinary approach towards competency-based learning. We are adapting many of the aspects of Central Government schemes like SANKALP (Skills Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion and schemes like the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

The Warrier Foundation is driving upskilling initiatives and working in alignment with policies like Skill India, which will ensure a holistic approach in our education framework. If India hopes to exploit its demographic advantage, we must continue to invest in skill and apprenticeship development to stay agile in the face of evolving industry requirements.
