Dr Geeta Madhavan, Mr A S Madhavan’s trusted confidante and his strongest source of strength, is an academician of merit. A Ph.D. in Botany from Mumbai University, Geeta is an Assistant Professor in Botany at the S.I.E.S. College of Arts and Science, Sion. An environmentalist by passion, she is involved in several projects such as bio-gas generation, organic farming, tree plantation, drip irrigation and has implemented these at the various sites of Warrier Foundation.

Geeta is a dedicated exponent of Carnatic music. In fact, she is an active participant in singing Carnatic music and bhajanas at various gatherings.

Bringing together the best of all her experiences under the academic bent of mind, she is keen to develop a curriculum of studies that amalgamates the best aspects from traditional education and a value-based school of thought to encourage holistic development in a child.
